Preparations time: approx. 15 minutes
- 250g of butter at room temperature
- 100g of wild garlic
Wash the wild garlic and chip it into small pieces. Mix it with the butter and salt until everything’s dispersed evenly. If you’ve got a kitchen machine, I recommend using it for optimal results.
Instead of simply making wild garlic butter, you could also make wild garlic herb butter. To do so, simply use a little less wild garlic and add some other herbs into the mix (e.g. parsley, oregano, thyme or dill).
For a spicy variation, adding a little bit of chili is also possible.
