Preparation time: 30 minutes (without 2 hours cooling time)
Baking: 5-10 minutes at 160°C (circulating air)
Ingredients:
- 100g cereal sugar (or dextrose)
- 5g Stevia
- 1 egg
- 75g room warm butter
- 2 vanilla beans
- 225g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Some dextrose for sprinkling
Equipment:
- baking paper
- cookie cutter
- dough roller
Zubereitung:
Weigh in the corn sugar, stevia and butter and mix thoroughly with the egg and vanilla using a mixer. The better this mixture is whipped, the smoother your dough will be.
Weigh in the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder) and mix them thoroughly. Add them to your whipped butter mixture, mix everything briefly and then knead into a cohesive dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for about 2 hours. The dough should then be very firm so that you can process it without any problems.
To do this, preheat the oven to 160°C circulating air and then knead the dough briefly. Then roll it out about 2mm thick. Take a cookie cutter and cut as many cookies as possible out of the dough. To do this, knead the dough together briefly after you have cut it out, roll it out again and make new little cookies. Repeat this until there is no dough left.
Now place the stars on a baking tray covered with baking paper and put them in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
When the cookies have cooled down, sprinkle some more dextrose over the treats and enjoy your work.
