Preparations time: approx. 30-40 minutes

  • Wild Garlic Pesto
  • 1/2 bag of spaghetti
  • a bunch of green asparagus
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable both
  • 2 tbsp rice sirup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juce
  • some parmesan

Mix the vegetable both with rice sirup and lemon juce.

Add the spaghetti into a pot with boiling salt water and cook them until they’re done to your liking.

In the meantime, cut the asparagus (don’t forget to cut off the wooden ends) . Cut it into pieces roughly 2cm in size and fry it with some oil until it’s gentle broun.Then deglaze with the vegetable both mixture and cook slowly until the aspargus is done.

Mix the spaghetti together with pesto, aspargus and parmesan and enjoy!
