Time needed: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:
  • 100mL orange juice (not sweetened)
  • 3 Tsp rice syrup
  • ice cubes
  • a knife point of cinnamon
  • a knife point of ground clove
  • optional: 2cl amaretto
  • 50mL cranberry juice (not juiced, can usually be purchased in drug stores)
  • 50mL sparkly water
Tools:
  • a shaker
  • a straw
For decoration:
  • slices of orange
  • whole cloves
  • a connamon stick

 

Preperation:

Pour everything but the sparkly water and the cranberry juice into the shaker and thoroughly shake it for 1-2 minutes. Pour it into a glass and carefully add the cranberry juice and water. If you’ve done it right, the components will barely mix, creating a multi layered cocktail.

Decorate it using the orange slices, cloves and a cinnamon stick and serve it with a straw.
